SABV Tower

SABV Tower holds a special place in the story of Ebene Cybercity — it was the very first office building to rise in the area, playing a key role in attracting global companies and helping Mauritius kickstart its ICT sector in the early 2000s.

In 2005, the building earned international recognition when it was recognised as an  “Intelligent Building” by the Intelligent Community Forum. Today, SABV Tower is home to over 30 tenants and 2,500 daily occupiers

A Modern Transformation

In 2025, Landscope Mauritius completed a comprehensive transformation that meets the tenant and occupier expectations with regards to a modern workspace. This transformation has focused on improving both the work experience and the building’s functionality. Key upgrades include:

• The integration of smarter building facilities, such as new Building Management System, 8 faster lifts, and utility capture and reporting
• Retail and convenience outlets to better serve occupiers
