Rajen joined Landscope as CEO in August 2025, bringing extensive leadership experience in real estate and financial services. He was previously Managing Director of the Mauritius Housing Company and held key roles at MHC Ltd and the Financial Services Promotion Agency. With a BBA and MBA, Rajen combines strategic vision with operational expertise, guiding Landscope in delivering innovative property solutions, sustainable development, and community-focused projects across Mauritius.
Mr. Krishnanand JEEWON

Krishnanand Jeewon is a Chartered Management Accountant with an MBA from the University of Birmingham. With over three decades of professional experience across diverse industries and both local and international organizations, he brings deep expertise in financial management, service delivery, operations management & excellence, business process controls, digital transformation and strategic growth.
Mr. Yoganaden MOOTOOVEEROO
Head of Finance
Appointed Head of Finance in 2022, Vimalen brings over 20 years of senior management experience in financial strategy formulation, corporate reporting, budgeting, and treasury management. He leads Landscope’s financial planning, capital allocation, and risk management frameworks to drive sustainable growth. With the Company since 2006, he also serves as Company Secretary. He holds a BSc (Hons) and is an FCCA Fellow and MIPA member.
Mr. Reza SALAUROO
Head of Projects
Reza Salauroo is the Head of Projects of the Company. He joined the Company in 2006. He has more than 28 years of experience in the field of engineering and project management. He is a registered Engineer with the Council of Registered Professional Engineers of Mauritius (CRPE). He holds a B. Tech (Hons) in Civil Engineering and an Msc in Project Management. He has successfully managed different type of projects such as building projects, university projects, infrastructure works projects, social housing projects, smart city project, PPP project, PV farm project, among others.
Mr. Sandee TEEROOVENGADUM
Head of Marketing and Communications
Sandee Teeroovengadum holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and a Master of Science in International Marketing Strategy from the University of Surrey in the UK. He started his career at EY working in the Business Risk Advisory division and has been extensively involved in international assignments in Nigeria and Cameroon, before moving to Currimjee Jeewanjee Group, in the corporate strategy department. From 2011 to today, he cumulated property development and management experience by working with renown companies such as ENL Property and Lavastone.
Mr. Niven VENCATACHELLUM
Head of Human Resources and Administration
Niven Vencatachellum joined Landscope in May 2022 as Head of Human Resources and Administration, He has more than 20 years’ experience in the HR Management and Development field, having worked in Top 100 companies in Mauritius such as Eclosia group, ENL Corporate Services, Barclays Bank plc and Gamma Construction Ltd. He is the holder of a BSc (Hons) Management Studies from the University of Mauritius and an MSc in Training and Performance Management from University of Leicester.
