Mr. Manilall (Rajen) Seetohul, CSK

Rajen joined Landscope as CEO in August 2025, bringing extensive leadership experience in real estate and financial services. He was previously Managing Director of the Mauritius Housing Company and held key roles at MHC Ltd and the Financial Services Promotion Agency. With a BBA and MBA, Rajen combines strategic vision with operational expertise, guiding Landscope in delivering innovative property solutions, sustainable development, and community-focused projects across Mauritius.

Gowtam is a UK-qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with over 33 years of international construction experience. He has managed diverse projects – from hotels and healthcare facilities to waterfront developments – covering all phases from inception to completion. Founder and Managing Director of Matrix Project Services Ltd., Gowtam is skilled in cost planning, contract management, project monitoring, and dispute resolution. Fluent in English and French, he combines technical expertise with strong leadership to deliver complex projects successfully.

Yaadav is a Barrister-at-Law, handling civil and criminal litigation as a self-employed lawyer. Called to the Bar of Mauritius in 2023, he combines strong legal expertise with public service experience, having served as the first elected member of Laventure Village Council and as District Councillor for Flacq. A First-Class LLB graduate from the University of Central Lancashire and Middle Temple member, Yaadav brings sharp legal insight and community-minded leadership.

He oversees loan assessments, disbursements, and coordination with clients, notaries, and suppliers, while also handling payables, policyholder settlements, and financial reporting. Ladlee is a Barrister-at-Law with over two years’ experience in criminal and family law. She regularly appears in court, handling complex cases with care and professionalism. A member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, she holds an LLM in Professional Legal Practice, a Postgraduate Diploma in Bar Training, and a Bachelor of Laws in English and Mauritian law. Beginning his career at SBM Ltd, he progressed from operations to sales and relationship management roles at Bramer Banking Corporation and Maubank Ltd. Since 2017, he has been Senior Relationship Executive at La Prudence Leasing Finance Co. Ltd, supporting retail and corporate clients with growth-focused financial solutions. A first-class BBA graduate and sales management diploma holder, Sirish combines expertise with client-focused professionalism.
