The Informatics Park at La Tour Kœnig is the first building set up in Mauritius in 1994 for IT activities. Designed for rental, the 3,914 m² three-storey complex comprises 38 modular units of 103 m² floor area each. It is the place where the main players in the outsourcing sector made their debut. Each unit is designed with a raised platform.
