Applications are invited for the post of:
Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer shall conceptualise, design, and produce high-quality visual content that supports Landscope’s marketing and communications strategies across print and digital platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional materials, incl. events for Retail & Commercial department, i.e. Port Louis Waterfront. Ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Design digital assets including social media graphics, website visuals, email templates, and online advertisements.
- Design corporate stationery, business cards, and branded materials
- Design annual reports, company profiles, and investor presentations
- Prepare artwork for print including brochures, flyers, posters, and signage. Liaise with printers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Uphold Landscope’s brand guidelines and ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s identity and tone.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions. Provide support during events and campaigns.
- Maintain an organised archive of design files and templates. Assist in preparing visual presentations and reports.
- Edit and enhance property photos for marketing use
- Create photo libraries and asset management systems
- Support video production with graphics, titles, and animations
Minimum experience requirements:
- Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or communications environment
- Experience with 3D visualization software (SketchUp, 3D max or similar)
- Basic video editing skills
Minimum education requirements:
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms
